Student Housing Apartments-Type 5A construction- 4 floors with Townhall- Type 5B- 1 floor, 6,000 sf.  Responsibilities include: Full Design Development of Townhall according to client’s needs, collaborated with consultants on structural and mechanical engineering systems and interiors, participated in client facing design and coordination meetings, provided review of scope of changes and other construction related issues, and created and developed detailing of architectural materials and systems.
